We have just discovered this quaint little pub in Bushey not long ago. What a welcoming experience it really was, excellent food, by far the best in the area and the service warm and professional.

Desserts were a real treat. I had the crumble, topping excellent and the cheesecake to die for. Not your average chain restaurant standards thatŐs for sure !

I am now finding myself longing for a trip to this wonderful little pub each time I am off work and hungry. Everything is there that you would get in an upmarket restaurant. The food is really good, far better than one local restaurant I used to go to and the service is exceptional. I now tend to go on a Sunday where my husband can get a good roast and a pint for a tenner. What a bargain! The members of staff here really know what they are doing so I will keep supporting them. This may just be a small little gastropub in Bushey but it has far exceeded the competition in the local area, I have eaten there on numerous occasions and each time I feel the standards are getting higher. I feel that the quality of the food and well chosen wines are far superior to that of any similar place in the area. The members of staff are simply excellent and Karl, a true gent, the chefs seem to work very hard in there each night and itŐs no wonder with such wonderful food. Great prices, great staff and great all round local - thanks for everything, please keep it up.
