The Horse & Chains opened in October 2007 and is run by Tom Aspey and his team. Tom has worked for the Modern Pub Dining group for a number of years now on various other projects and openings.

Dylan Murray & Richard O’Connell, in partnership with David Newling Ward, own the Horse & Chains. They have recently opened their second pub, the Swan @ Boxmoor, a great local pub with friendly professional staff and a lively warm atmosphere. Click here for more information on the Swan.
